Professional experience
With an engineering background, Nadège began her career in 1991 in organizational and technology consulting at Accenture, where she spent 13 years. From 1998 onward, she focused on the retail sector, leading major transformation projects for clients such as Fnac, Guilbert, Metro, and Carrefour—covering areas like IT system deployment, international project management, organizational change, loyalty programs, digital innovation, and supply chain optimization.
In 2004, she joined Carrefour as Director of Food Organization and subsequently held several executive roles: FMCG Marketing Director within the Supermarket Business Unit (2007–2009), then Director of Fresh Packaged Products (2009–2011). She then moved to the Casino Group as Food Purchasing Director for France, managing a team of 300 people. In 2013, Nadège embraced a new entrepreneurial challenge as Deputy CEO of Européenne de Biomasse, a start-up in the biofuels sector. There, she led a €100M investment project to build an industrial complex combining a production facility and a cogeneration plant. She returned to retail in 2019 as Head of Product Offering at Truffaut garden centers.
Finally, in 2023, Nadège Beck joined Theodo—a French tech scale-up specializing in custom digital products (web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI)—as a Partner to lead and grow the firm’s Retail, E-commerce, and Luxury practice. She brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and digital innovation to support clients in their transformation journeys.
