The Research team comprises executive search professionals, working with the various Practices.
Hailing from the world of consulting or boasting experience in operational roles in hiring or human resources, they all have forged great reputations for their expertise in their lineS of business, after graduating from a higher education establishment.
Supporting the Consultants, they leverage an in-house database that’s constantly added to and updated (in line with GDPR regulations), their own network, as well as targeted tools, some of which have been developed in-house, to conduct search assignments.
Given their level of expertise, they have clear insight as to the importance of each role, and can thus identify top profiles in the businesses targeted. The team guarantees confidentiality, non-discrimination and quality when reaching out to and tracking applicants.
While the Practices are divided by line of business, our Researchers are driven by strong collaboration and teamwork. They liaise with each other on an ongoing basis, to tease out fresh ideas and come up with suitable, creative solutions. The research team also works closely with a Knowledge Manager.
