After an academic career between 1982 and 1987, Isabelle Pécou spent over 35 years in executive roles serving professionals in the social protection and insurance sectors, guided by values of solidarity, care, and attentiveness.
Before serving as CEO of the B2V Group from 2008 to 2024, she contributed from 1990 to 2008 to the creation of the REUNICA Group (now AG2R La Mondiale) as a board member and executive director, with broad functional and operational responsibilities. She oversaw strategy, brand management, and organizational development, including several mergers during the group’s formation. She also established and managed sales agencies, rehabilitated and managed rental properties, and supervised numerous healthcare facilities, including senior residences and EHPADs.
Since 2025, she has been a Partner at ID2B Conseil, primarily supporting executives, future leaders, chairpersons, and board members in strategic reflection and professional positioning through mentoring and coaching assignments.

In addition to holding an Agrégation in Grammar and a postgraduate degree in Classical Letters from the Sorbonne, Paris IV, Isabelle Pécou is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
She is completing her professional coaching certification in 2025.
