Vanessa Dalas is Partner and Leader of the Insurance and Risks practice at Progress Associés. She has been a Board Member since October 2020 and in November 2025, she was co-opted Vice President EMEA of this network.
This appointment also confirms the international presence and strong foothold of Progress Associés, the French leader in top management executive search and leadership consulting.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School and holder of a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris XII University, Vanessa Dalas joined Progress Associés in 2008 as an Insurance Consultant, becoming a Partner in 2012 and Head of the Insurance and Risk Practice in 2016. Prior to that, she worked at the recruitment consulting firm Singer & Hamilton (now Odgers) as Head of Research for the insurance sector for four years. She was co-opted and elected as a director of the network in October 2020 and Vice President in October 2025.
