Pierre Ichard joined Progress Associés in September 2025 to contribute to the development of the Technology Practice.
Within this Practice, which is one of Progress Associés’ flagships, he brings his expertise in Executive Search activities as well as in advisory missions focused on leadership team development.
The Practice offers its solutions to players in the Technology sector in general, as well as to executives responsible for IT and digital transformation within French and international groups.
Pierre Ichard has 25 years of experience in the Technology sector and in Information Systems roles.
Pierre Ichard began his career in 2001 at CGI (formerly Unilog), where he learned software development. In 2005, he joined the Capgemini Group, where he first explored other key IT roles (functional design and project management), and later moved into selling business transformation projects.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for human connection, he founded his own recruitment firm, Peak Fifteen, in 2015, specializing in the technology sector.
Ten years later, in 2025, he chose to broaden his scope in recruitment consulting and leadership team development by joining Progress Associés.
Pierre Ichard graduated as a French engineer from Grenoble INP – Phelma (2001).
