Pierre Ichard joined Progress Associés in September 2025 to contribute to the development of the Technology Practice.
Within this Practice, which is a cornerstone of Progress Associés, he brings his expertise in Executive Search as well as in advisory assignments dedicated to the development of leadership teams.
The Practice provides its solutions to Technology players in general, and to executives responsible for IT and digital transformations within French and international groups.
Pierre Ichard has 25 years of experience in the Technology sector and Information Systems functions.
He began his career in 2001 at CGI (formerly Unilog) before joining the Capgemini Group in 2005, where he worked in several key areas of IT (functional design and project management) before moving into the sale of business transformation projects.
In 2015, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for human connections, he founded his own recruitment firm, Peak Fifteen, specializing in IT and Technology.
Ten years later, in 2025, he chose to expand his area of expertise into executive recruitment and leadership consulting by joining Progress Associés.
Pierre Ichard is a graduate French engineer from Grenoble INP – Phelma (2001).
