She has been a Board Member since October 2020 and in November 2025, she was co-opted Vice President EMEA of this network.<\/strong><\/p><p>This appointment also confirms the international presence and strong foothold of Progress Associ\u00e9s, the French leader in top management executive search and leadership consulting.<\/p><p>A graduate of EDHEC Business School and holder of a Master&#8217;s degree in Business Law from Paris XII University, Vanessa Dalas joined Progress Associ\u00e9s in 2008 as an Insurance Consultant, becoming a Partner in 2012 and Head of the Insurance and Risk Practice in 2016. Prior to that, she worked at the recruitment consulting firm Singer &amp; Hamilton (now Odgers) as Head of Research for the insurance sector for four years.
