Ichard began his career in 2001 at CGI (formerly Unilog), where he learned software development. In 2005, he joined the Capgemini Group, where he first explored other key IT roles (functional design and project management), and later moved into selling business transformation projects.<\/p><p>Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for human connection, he founded his own recruitment firm, Peak Fifteen, in 2015, specializing in the technology sector.<\/p><p>Ten years later, in 2025, he chose to broaden his scope in recruitment consulting and leadership team development by joining Progress
