Martine Bournérias has been a Senior Advisor at Progress since 2019.
After joining the firm in 1978, Martine Bournérias helped develop and grow the Insurance Practice.
In 1986, she became a Partner at Progress, where she took over the Insurance & Real Estate Practice and then the Financial Services (Insurance and Banking) Practice. She accompanied the main actors of these sectors by advising them on the development and renewal of their management teams.
She was an IIC Partners board member before presiding over the board from 2006 to 2009.
Martine Bournérias has been a member of the Board of Directors of Sciences Po Alumni since 2013 and of Parité Assurance since 2016 (women executives in the health and welfare insurance sector).

Martine Bournérias is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the British Chamber of Commerce. She also completed the CESA Strategic Management Program at HEC.
