An in-depth discussion with the client allows us to get to know the company, its history, its culture, its human resources and its products.


The information gathered during this discussion is used to draw up a list of requirements, including a description of the position to be filled and the profile sought.


Using a list of target firms compiled with the client, Progress identifies, approaches, interviews, assesses and selects the candidates best suited for the position. This process is generally carried out by a team made up of a consultant and a researcher.


For each candidate proposed, Progress provides the client with a complete file presenting the candidate’s career path, interests and assets as regards the position.

Progress works closely with the client and the successful candidate during their integration into the new work environment.

Our conditions for involvement are clearly laid out in a contract binding the firm and the client.

Progress undertakes to observe the strictest confidentiality throughout its executive search operations.

Progress undertakes to submit the results of its search and pre-selection of candidates no later than three to four weeks after the contract and the list of requirements have been signed.

Progress is always in a position to keep the client informed of mission developments.

The client may interrupt the mission at any time.

Progress will resume the search at no extra charge if the candidate hired within the scope of the mission leaves the client within six to twelve months, depending on the hierarchical ranking of the position.

Progress will refrain from offering new positions to the client’s employees for a period of one year.

Progress, in accordance with the law, will not accept any form of discrimination whether it be name, age, gender, belonging or not to any particular race, ethnicity or nation, ones origin, religion, place of residence, familial situation, sexual orientation or identity, physical appearance, mores, genetic characteristics, health, disability, belonging or not to a syndicate or a political party.
